I. General inquiry and booking conditions:

1. All bookings and revelations must be in writing per fax or email to Hanoi Travel Agency of Halong Emotion - Impress Travel

2. Clients reply to any enquiry in writing (fax or email) within 24 hours the availability and the price (as per contract or promotion). The price pronounced by Clients per booking is the final valid price.
3. Impress Travel submit all required passenger details, number of passengers, full passenger names, check in and check out dates, number of cabins, cabin categories, passport numbers visa expiry dates, special requests ( e.g. vegetarian meal, honey moon) etc.

II. Child Policy

1. Free of charge for children less than 5 years old (sharing same cabin with parents). No more than 01 child per cabin.
2. Children from 5 to under 11 years old (sharing same cabin with parents) are payable as mentioned in the tariff table below. No more than 01 child per cabin.
3. Children having separate cabins pay the same price as adults

III. FOC Policy

1 Deluxe double cabin is granted free of charge (FOC) for every group with more than 21 passengers.
2. This FOC policy is not applied for Charter cruise.

IV. Cancellation charges applied for each cancelled number of reserved cabins:

More than 5 days prior to check –in : No cancellation charge
From 05 to 01 days prior to check-in : 50% of total rates
Less than 24 hours prior to check-in : 100% of total rates
No show : 100% of total rates

V: PAYMENTS

1. Deposit: 30% of the Tour Cost per person, whichever is higher, is payable as a Deposit to account of the Tour Cost upon booking of the Tour. This Deposit is non-refundable once the Tour is confirmed by Impress Travel
2. Balance payment: The balance of the Tour Cost must be paid upon arrival in cash or credit card. If such payment is not made, Impress Travel reserves the right to treat the Tour as having been cancelled by the Customer and a Cancellation Fee as indicated herein will apply, in addition to the Deposit being forfeited.
3. Mode of payment: All payments are to be made by cash or credit card to the account of Impress Travel Company.
